Rooted in kindness. Balanced by nature. Expressing our full beauty.
The mission of Juniper Restorative Movement is to offer a well-tended, comfortable space for people to reconnect to clarity, safety and possibility through guided movement, presence, and breath.
Rooted in compassion, connection, integrity, and the quiet power of transformation, we honor each person’s natural rhythm of regeneration and growth.
I have had the deep honor of sitting with people one-on-one as they navigated healing from life’s most tender and painful moments.
Over time, I began to notice something- While the mind could name the old story (we are often a little too good at this), the body is our most effective tool for integrating and releasing the energies and patterns that have outstayed their welcome.
Juniper Restorative Movement was born from this knowing. In movement the mind can rest while clarity blossoms. Your body is trusted here, your pace is honored, and movement is a return home rather than an attempt to fix something.
I offer a grounded, heart-centered approach to movement that welcomes you exactly as you are. With over 15 years of experience in Dzogchen and Tonglen meditation, somatic movement practices, and grief integration, my work is rooted in the belief that the body holds a deep wisdom. You don’t need any background in these practices to benefit—just a willingness to listen inward.
Private and group movement classes are held with gentle guidance, intuition, warmth, and a deep trust in the unfolding of your inner landscape. Together, we create space for rest, reconnection, and transformation.
